A registered Public Charitable Trust (4679 of 2017) registered under Indian Trust Act 1882 (Registration Act 1908).

Mr Wahengbam Rorrkychand Singh, a social worker and journalist based in Imphal founded the Trust with the Moto of Lifting the Spirit of Humanity in the year 2017.
